Most companies come once a week (4 times a month average). I come Monday & Friday one week & wednesday the next. This means you never go more than 5 days without pickup.
Do I need to be home?
No, As long as I have access to your yard, I’ll handle everything. Routes start in the morning, I'll send a text when pickup is completed so you know I came.
Unlike other services that put the bags in your trash can (leaving you with the smell and the flies), I take the waste with me. I dispose of it off-site so your bins stay clean and odor-free.
Yes, I am a local and fully insured. I treat your property and your pets with the same respect I give my own "mini zoo at home."
Yes, although i love dogs, sometimes they can be protective of your property. I am happy to meet them if you're home and they want extra pets.
I work through most weather. If the weather is too severe, I will either pickup on an adjacent day, or defer it to the next scheduled day. Any skipped days will be deferred out at no additional costs to you. If snow fall is too heavy, the pickup will be deferred until the waste is accessible again.
I do pickups all year round, but please understand leaves may prevent a thorough pickup. I can't guarantee the service if your yard has excessive leaves in it.
If you aren't 100% happy with a cleaning, let me know within 24 hours and I’ll come back to make it right ASAP. If you're still not satisfied, I’ll refund that visit and any future visits you want.
Payment for the month is due up front. I accept Venmo, Cash, or credit cards (with processing fee). You pay month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
My main advertising is through word of mouth. If you refer my service to someone and they sign up, I would like to show my appreciation to you by giving you 25% off your next month of service. Please have them mention your name and address when they sign up.
